About The UK Farm Shop Guide

Farm shops have become a popular place to buy locally sourced fresh produce and store cupboard essentials. Many farm shops have their own butchery and fish counter, others grow ‘Pick Your Own’ soft fruit and many have cafes and delis attached.

The UK Farm Shop Guide will help you easily find the best farm shops in your area. No need to try and find a farm shop on social media or a Google listing that is out of date. We show location, helpful photos, clickable contact details, links to social media, services offered, live opening times and a ‘contact us’ page that goes straight to the farm shop.

Search by location or service tag, SO EASY!

Find a farm shop quickly whilst travelling and if you are a farm shop owner, why not join our community and Get In The Guide?

Farm Shop Spotlight

The UK Farm Shop Guide is delighted to feature the winner of National Farm Retail Association Awards Best National Large Farm Shop of the Year 2023…Strawberry Fields 🍓

Started over 25 years ago by Jo and Roger Mounce on a 2 acre patch just outside Lifton on the borders of Devon and Cornwall it is now a thriving restaurant and farm shop run by their son Adam and his wife Laura.

Fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables are harvested every day to stock the shop and their butchery is stocked with home reared South Devon beef, home reared lamb and local pork. There is an in-house bakery, a well stocked deli and even a Jam Room where their very own jams and chutney’s are created. Customers can also browse in the gift shop and there are plenty of activities on site to keep the children occupied.

You can pick your own fruit (even tulips!), enjoy summer festival nights, pre-book functions, conferences, weddings and parties and expand your knowledge from flower arranging to a wine masterclass at a specialist workshop.

Amazingly the whole site is 100% self-sufficient using renewable energy, as Strawberry Fields produce all of their own electricity via wind turbines and solar panels.

The farm shop has won many accolades over the years and we’re sure will continue to do so in the future. Find out more about the services available at Strawberry Fields and where to find them here in The UK Farm Shop Guide 🚜

Grub's Warehouse

Why Grubs?®
The Foster Family have been making footware since 1776, Grubs is the result of investment into the most advanced materials and technology on our misson to create the most comfortable footware available in the field. All our boots are made to the highest quality standards to meet our exacting requirements. This is nothing new as eight generations of our family have been crafting the finest sports footwear since 1776. Joe Foster, my Great Grandfather, was a founding member of AAA, hand making shoes for the Olympic stars of 1924; Harold Abrams and Eric Liddell, featured in 'Chariots of Fire'. My Father and Uncle founded Reebok in 1960 and I was part of the team that created iconic aerobic and fitness shoes that the company is renowned for. My wife Jan and I created the neoprene revolution in sports and agricultural boots back in 2000. At Grubs our tradition guides us to provide you with the most comfortable performance footwear available today.
"We sell comfort, whatever the weather. Our boots are the most comfortable you will wear." - David Foster

Aspen Mulling Spices

The instantly recognisable ‘milk carton’ from Aspen Mulling Spices started life as nothing more than a welcoming gesture served to customers as they entered Wax & Wicks, a well-known gift shop in Aspen, Colorado. It was only after years of being asked how the drink was made that they finally created the little gift boxes we see today – boxes that are sold in thousands of stores across the globe.

Here in the UK, the spice mixes are offered in 4 flavours: Original – which can be stirred into tea, wine, brandy, cider, and apple juice; Cinnamon Orange; Caramel Apple; and Sugar Free. Many customers also use the mixes in baking, as they make fantastic toppings for traditional recipes such as Quick Bread.

All four can be purchased from Farm Shops across the UK, and also from speciality American Food store – theamericanpantry.co.uk/drinks-things.
